VMG8924-B10D logs don't display in Web UI

Hi,
In my VMG8924-B10D settings, I've enabled local logging ("Log Setting" -> "Syslog Setting" -> "Local File").
But when I go to the log UI ("System Monitor" -> "Log"), I'm greeted by a pop-up which says "It is impossible to retrieve the information now. Please try again".
Yet, if I click on "export log", I get a file text which does contain the device logs.

How can I have the logs displayed directly in the "Log" UI? Downloading the file each time I want to view them is tedious...

You can check it in the user guide.

    Chapter 24 Log.

I already read through the user guide. This doesn't answer my question at all (have you read it?).

Try not to enable Syslog logging in Syslog Setting. ("Log Setting" -> "Syslog Setting" ).
In the user guide, it says "The Zyxel Device sends a log to an external syslog server." So if you only want to see the log on the GUI, you don't need to enable it.

@Hummel Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried it, waited for a few hours (just in case), but it doesn't solve the issue...
