I am not able to find my device on myZyxelCloud

Please can you anyone help with this, I have tried entering manually but still same issue

Do you mean the myZyxelCloud website?
myZyxelCloud website cannot add Multy on the page.
Multy can only be managed on Multy App.
* Due to the safety reason, I have marked your S/N number and mac address of your Multy.
